Tallaght colourist to represent Ireland at global final

Colourist Amanda Hogan has been named winner of the Ireland final of the Alfaparf Milano Professional Next Color GenHAIRation Contest.

As Irish winner, Amanda, who works at Ross Adams Hair & Beauty in Tallaght, Dublin, will go head-to-head with international winners at the Global Final in October next year to win the Next Color GenHAIRation Contest.

Amanda was one of six finalists who were selected to compete in the Ireland final, which took place at Accademia in Dublin.

Each had to create a wearable and contemporary technical look that showcased their specially created Alfaparf Milano colour mix.

Entries were judged by a panel comprising Vivica Davies, International Technical Educator at Alfaparf Milano Professional, Beatrice Moate, Educator Manager at Alfaparf Milano Professional, Makeup Artist/Influencer Michelle Regazzoli Stone and Eileen Ryan, Consumer PR Consultant.

The global winner of the Alfaparf Milano Next Color GenHAIRation Contest will see their colour mix become an official colour of Alfaparf Milano Professional, and be invited to take part in the brand's 2023 collection as well as enjoy visibility on the brand's social media channels.
