Alfaparf Milano target UV protection for sun-exposed hair
Alfaparf Milano Professional's Semi di Lino Sunshine range has been developed to support hair during sun exposure, helping to protect both the hair fibre and cosmetic colour while addressing dryness and frizz.
Central to the range is Sun Shield, an active ingredient that forms a protective film around the hair. This helps guard against oxidative damage caused by UV rays, supporting hydration, softness and natural shine even when hair is exposed to sun, salt and chlorine.
Sun Shield is a 100% natural active ingredient derived from cold-extracted chia seed oil (Salvia Hispanica). Its role is to counteract protein loss, colour fading and dehydration, helping hair maintain a healthy appearance throughout the summer months.
New for 2026, the Sunshine line expands beyond haircare with the launch of the After-Sun Hydra Treatment. Designed for sun-exposed skin, this bodycare addition deeply hydrates and helps to prolong a tan, complementing the existing hair-focused products.
