The PHAB Standard announces rebrand
The PHAB Standard, which enables professionals in the UK and Ireland to promote their skills to colleagues and clients, is rebranding as The PHAB Service Stars.
Salon professionals in the hair and beauty sectors can apply online for a PHAB Service Star by providing key performance results and customer testimonials along with a manager's support. If they perform at a higher level than industry average and pass the verification processes, they gain a PHAB Service Star, renewed annually, with a certificate, personalised window decal and social media graphics pack.
The PHAB Standard / PHAB Service Stars were founded by industry business trainer, Nergish Wadia-Austin, who has put together an advisory board to help guide and protect the PHAB Service Stars' quality and mission.
