Award-winning salon and training academy Lash Dolls has marked their fifth anniversary with the addition of a new purpose built, state-of-the-art salon.
Located in the heart of Kilkenny City, Lash Dolls' salon has an open-plan Insta-perfect design aimed at encouraging clients into brand ambassadors as they snap themselves in front of the salon's branded feature walls, vintage telephone box and Lash Dolls Cocktail Bar.
A stage area also lends itself to masterclasses and brand collaborations; Lash Dolls have events planned for 2022.
Treatments offered include Lash Dolls' luxury lash extensions and lash lifts, brow treatments, Doll Face facial dermaplaning including the ice globe massage, Gellies x soft gel nail extensions, make-up application and hair extensions and styling.
Seven new jobs have been created by the opening of the salon, and with a diverse team of staff, an inclusive range of treatments can be offered to suit different ethnicities and skin tones.
This is the third salon in the Lash Dolls chain, with locations established in Dublin city centre and Ratoath, Co Meath. The company also operates a training academy as well as offering a full range of professional Products.
Commenting on the opening of Lash Dolls Kilkenny salon, Karen Grehan, MD of Lash Dolls, says:
“It's been a dream-come-through to bring the Lash Dolls concept to life in beautiful Kilkenny. During the first set of Covid restrictions we concentrated on our professional tools and training academy but in the background I was also putting plans in place for another Lash Dolls store.
“We did take a risk investing in a bricks-and-mortar store when many shops on the high street were closing but we knew that there was the market for something really special, that stood out from the crowd in the hair and beauty industry.
“We are excited to launch some fantastic consumer events in 2022 and bring some well-known faces to the marble city for interactive masterclasses and tutorials. We are so grateful to the people of Kilkenny and all our amazing staff for the amazing support we have received.”
