New app allows realistic nail art try-ons
Beauty tech firm Perfect Corp. has launched a new version of their YouCam Nails iOS app, which enables virtual try-ons of colours and nail art designs.
The YouCam Nails app is powered by AgileHand™ technology which uses advanced hand mapping and jitter control features to provide an instant live preview of nail art designs directly on a user's hands. The technology means that nail designs stay in place even as the user naturally moves their hand within the frame, thereby delivering a hyper-realistic nail art effect.
Consumers can design their own creative nail art by applying different colours, adjusting nail shapes and adding stickers and digital designs. Alternatively they can choose from thousands of readily available nail looks prepared by the YouCam Nail app creators.
