Liz McKeon launches staff motivation course

Salon business expert and mentor Liz McKeon is holding a new one-day educational event for salon owners next month. ‘How to Kickstart Your Business & Your Team' will highlight how you can best communicate business goals to excite staff, and help you and your team move on from recent upheavals.  

The workshop takes place via Zoom on Wednesday 3rd March, and aims to be a highly interactive, energetic and practical day. Attendees will learn how to re-open their business with a competitive edge in their marketplace, have a highly motivated team and develop clearly defined business plans for 2021.

Content will cover the customer service journey, focussing on product knowledge and the internal sales process, as well as addressing the benefits of positive thinking and clarifying business goals.
