Irish National Tournament deadlines extended
The registration deadline for this year's Irish National Nail, Make-up and Body Paint Tournaments has been extended to Friday 28th February.
The events take place as part of the Irish Beauty Show, held at the RDS in Dublin on Sunday 8th and Monday 9th March. All three competitions are open to any professional nail technician or make-up artist, as well as students.
Irish National Body Paint Tournament
On Sunday 8th March, the brand new Irish National Body Paint Tournament takes place, with three categories covering:
- Brush & Sponge
- Freestyle
- Student Freestyle
The competition is being held in association with Dublin Body Paint.
Irish National Nail Tournament
Also taking place on Sunday 8th March, the Irish National Nail Tournament returns, with a Rags to Riches theme for photographic and art competitions. Categories taking place for 2020 include:
- Top Tech Competition Nails
- Salon Nail Challenge
- Freestyle Stiletto
- Top Tech Permanent Polish
- Student Gel Polish
- Top Tech Photographic Classic Nails
- Top Tech Photographic Nail Art
- Top Tech Boxed Nail Art Mixed Media
- Top Tech Boxed Nail Art - Hand Painted Techniques

Irish National Make-up Tournament
On Monday 9th March, the Irish National Make-up Tournament returns to the Irish Beauty Show, with categories for professional make-up artists as well as students, as follows:

- Creative: Rags to Riches
Student Category
- Bridal: High Fashion
- Face Chart Category
- Creative
