Dublin spa introduces PSYCH-K holistic therapy
With the stress and anxiety of the ongoing pandemic, The Buff Day Spa has introduced PSYCH-K® to its menu of healing therapies.
PSYCH-K® is a form of energy psychology that uses a variety of means, including specific physical movement, to access the subconscious mind; negative subconscious beliefs are rewritten as life enhancing beliefs, changing how people behave, feel and interact. The treatment aims to offer life-affirming results to boost mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being, helping people to achieve their goals in life.
Dublin-based holistic therapist Tanya O'Connor (pictured) is the PSYCH-K® facilitator at The Buff Day Spa, and has practiced the alternative therapy for 15 years. She explains:
“It is not our genes, but our beliefs that determine our lives. PSYCH-K® is a set of simple but effective self-empowering processes to change our beliefs and perceptions that, in turn, changes our life for the better.
“Right now, people are over-burdened with the stress of the pandemic which, unsurprisingly, will make it harder for their immune system to function properly at a time when they need it most.”
Commenting on the introduction of PSYCH-K® at the day spa on South King Street in Dublin, Eileen Fleming, owner of
The Buff Day Spa, adds:
“We researched this unique process that is based on years of research into the workings of the brain and the mind and are very impressed with its fast and powerful impacts in changing long held negative beliefs and habits.”
PSYCH-K® therapy is currently available via online virtual treatments, with
free 15-minute consultations available until the end of March.
