Dermalogica to offer online education chat
Dermalogica UK and Ireland are set to improve their customer experience by investing in new communications technology.
The company are working with 8x8, Inc to install their 8x8 X Series cloud communications and contact centre platform enabling better communication with its 6,000 skin therapists. Amongst other benefits, Dermalogica therapists will now be able to access real-time chat with the Education department via the website.
In addition, Dermalogica employees will have access to collaboration tools integrated with internal communication with opportunities for remote and flexible working.
