Delfy release Velvety Matt Lipstick Collection

Make-up brand Delfy Cosmetics has introduced a new Velvety Matt Lipstick Collection for Spring '19.

The collection features five seasonal shades in a luxurious matt formulation that has a velvety finish. The lipsticks are formulated with nourishing Aloe Vera, Vitamin E and Rosehip, so care for lips as well as creating the perfect pout.
