BeautyLab Dermaplaning courses announced
Gerrard International has reported exceptional demand for training in BeautyLab's Dermaplaning treatment.
A highly in-demand rejuvenating treatment with no downtime, Dermaplaning involves a single surgical blade that gently smooths the epidermal (surface) layer of skin by removing dead skin cells and fine downy ‘vellus' hair.
It also effectively minimises the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and acne scars, while leaving skin smooth, supple and vibrant. It creates the perfect canvas for make-up application prior to occasions such as weddings.
The treatment is also great for prepping skin prior to peels, enzyme treatments and to increase penetration of active ingredients in BeautyLab professional and home care products.
After Dermaplaning hair does not grow back stubbly, because the treatment targets vellus hair, the 'peach fuzz' found on our cheeks or around the hairline, distinctly different to the dark, thick terminal hair, which grows on our heads, underarms and pubic area.
Led by Nicola Russell, aka The Skin Geek, BeautyLab Dermaplaning training workshops incorporate the professional, results-driven active ingredients of BeautyLab's Glycolic and Black Diamond ranges, to trigger skin cell regeneration and enhance the glowing skin results of the treatment. Nicola has trained over 750 students across Europe.
Gerrard International have announced BeautyLab Dermaplaning
courses in November, January and February at various locations.
