Alfaparf Milano reveal sustainable hair care formulas
Hair brand Alfaparf Milano Professional has made changes to the packaging and formulas of their Semi di Lino range as part of the brand's commitment to sustainability and reducing CO2 emissions.
The first in the line to relaunch is the Semi di Lino Reconstruction collection comprising a shampoo, mask, oil, leave-in lotion and anti-breakage fluid designed to strengthen the hair fibre.
The new packaging includes recycled plastic and is also easier to recycle after use, with no metallic finish on the shampoo and mask caps.
Formulations have also been reviewed, with shampoos and masks now decomposing into simpler substances with less impact on the environment, and vegan formulas free from ingredients of animal origin and derivation.
The rest of the Alfaparf Milano Semi di Lino line will be launched with sustainable formulas and packaging throughout this year.
