Alfaparf Milano Professional's colour winner revealed
Jimmy González from Guatemala has been named winner of Alfaparf Milano Professional's Global Next Color GenHAIRation Awards, announced in London recently.
Competitors were invited to create a new hair colour from a mix of the brand's shades. Jimmy's winning colour - ice cube blue - will now join the Alfaparf Milano Professional product shade portfolio.
In addition, he will participate in the brand's 2023 Collection and have his talents highlighted through the Alfaparf Milano Professional social networks.
Ireland's Amanda Hogan and the UK's Mikey Noir were amongst the finalists from across the world who competed. Bianca Bakas from Australia was runner up and Luis Alberto Herrara Gonzales from Mexico took third place.
Commenting on his win, Jimmy González (pictured) says:
“I drew inspiration from the cold climate of the beloved region I live in, Quetzaltenango in Guatemala. This cool-toned shade evokes feelings of confidence, courage, extroversion and originality. I am very happy to receive this award and I'm so grateful for being here.”
