ishga launches ‘Mum to be Massage’

A new pregnancy massage treatment has been launched by organic seaweed skincare brand, Ishga. The ‘Mum to be Massage' incorporates a luxurious, relaxing full body massage with nurturing, healing organic oils.

The treatment aims to soothe aches and pains and general muscle fatigue often experienced during pregnancy, as well as easing leg cramps and reducing water retention and puffiness in addition to being relaxing and calming whilst promoting sleep.

The ‘Mum to be Massage' focuses on the back, hips, thighs and calves, and uses Ishga's Nurturing Oil featuring Jojoba, Thistle, Almond and Rose Geranium oil to hydrate the skin and improve elasticity, reducing stretch marks.

The 60-minute massage is suitable after the first trimester of pregnancy, and uses gentle but long, slower therapeutic strokes with medium pressured.

A six-hour ‘Mum to be Massage' training course is available from Ishga including theory and practical work.
