Tiger Beauty reveals brow henna & lamination kits

Irish brow brand, Tiger Beauty, has launched a new range of eyebrow products, developed during lockdown. 

The Tiger Beauty range has been created by Sinead O Keeffe, owner of Tiger Training Academy in Mallow, Co. Cork, and includes Brow Lamination and Henna kits. ABT Accredited training is also available, currently delivered online. 

Tiger Beauty and Tiger Training Academy founder, Sinead O Keeffe (pictured), explains:

“Working in the beauty industry for 20 years and educating for the last 10 years, I realised there was a gap in the market for an Irish brow brand. All my family are self-employed, and I knew this was the next step for my business. 

“We had trained students in Henna and lamination and with every brand I found things I would have changed. Lockdown hit and now I finally had time to put myself fully into developing my ideas. I absolutely loved it, from designing labels and packaging and figuring out how it all works. I sourced amazing manufacturing companies and due to COVID, I was able to negotiate smaller orders and added ingredients.

“Our Henna is so fast and always stains, we have had so many switch to our brand, it's unbelievable. It's organic, vegan-friendly and cruelty-free and all products are EU complaint. We have free samples for salons thinking of switching over.”

“Our lamination is low TGA and EU made. It contains mineral oil to hold in the moisture of lashes and brows with plant extracts. We designed squeeze tubes so there is no wastage, also 17ml so triple the size of starter kits.”

“This lockdown I've developed two more Henna colours in pro pots, working closely with my manufacturers mixing colours and ratios. All products are tested in the UK then added onto the CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal).”

Sinead concludes:

“This year has truly been challenging however we did have some great moments. I truly believe when you start at the bottom the only way is up and no better time to start a brand than when the world is at its lowest…If your dreams don't scare, you they're not big enough.”

Tiger Beauty products are used in BPerfect stores, and in Ms. Diva Academy courses in Cork city. Tiger Beauty aims to expand training across Ireland by the end of 2021. 

Students receiving PUP may also be eligible for government funding for Tiger Training Academy courses.
