Nails get festive: Xmas colours, glitters & shimmers

The brand-new collection of glitters from Lecenté comprises six glitters in the Chunky category, featuring an array of mirrored hexagons, iridescent discs and multi-sized, metallic circles that are perfect for creating show-stopping nail looks.

Mermaid, Pegasus and Pixie deliver a mutli-tonal blue, wing-like, magical white and twinkling hot pink to your fingertips, while DragonFly and Butterfly allow clients to ‘float' through the season. Finally, Phoenix radiates with fiery diamonds in orange, red and gold.

Timeless Beauty

Gelish and Morgan Taylor have looked to a timeless icon for their new Forever Fabulous Marilyn Monroe Holiday/Winter 2018 collection.

The 12 shades included in the collection, ranging from classic shades reminiscent of her Old Hollywood beauty to exciting, vibrant tones represent her iconic nature and embody the spirit of all that is Marilyn Monroe. There's something for everyone, from The Camera Loves Me, a deep burgundy crème, to Blue-Eyed Beauty, a baby blue crème, and Hollywood's Sweetheart, a rosy pink crème.

CND's capsule collection for the festive season is called Night Moves, and features four silky new shades – with a colour to suit all complexions – that are perfect for clients looking to complete their party ensembles this festive season.

The collection comprises Kiss of Fire, a glistening red; Bellini, a fizz-inspired gold; After Hours, a twinkling silver; and Soiree Strut, a shiny pink-greige. The colours are available in both CND Shellac and CND Vinylux systems, so all clients can twinkle the night away this winter.

Holiday Colour

OPI has taken inspiration from the big screen for its holiday collection this year. OPI and Disney's The Nutcracker and Four Realms Collection is inspired by the film adaptation of the classic ballet, and comprises 12 new limited-edition shades plus three coordinating glitters.

The collection includes deep red Candied Kingdom, fuchsia Toying with Trouble, and a gold foil wrapping Dazzling Dew Drop.
