Clinic group reports 200% rise in 'Jeck' treatments
Since reopening their doors as lockdown restrictions ease, Thérapie Clinic has reported a 200% increase in ‘Jeck' treatments at their 50 premises.
Ahead of opening their doors post-lockdown, the company had accumulated a waiting list of over 100,000 people for their Botox and laser hair removal treatments alone. To cater for the post-lockdown demand for treatments tackling the neck, jowls and jaw, the clinic group has doubled their roster of doctors to 200.
Run by siblings' CEO Philip McGlade and MD Katie McGlade, Thérapie Clinic has 19 locations in Ireland and four in Northern Ireland, along with clinics in England, Wales and Scotland.
Commenting on the current boom in treatments for the neck, jowls and jaw, Dr Paul Reddy, Medical Director at
Thérapie Clinic, says:
“Treatments which target the ‘jeck' area incorporate Dermal Fillers using the new Juvederm Volux Dermal Filler product which provides sculpting, definition and enhancement in the lower face, delivering a subtly enhanced definition to the jawline and a beautiful harmonisation and balance to the chin area. Both these treatments contribute to a marked reduction and resolution to any early jowling or shadowing in the lower face area.”
He adds:
“A combination of injectable Dermal Filler (Juvederm) treatments with Botox treatments can result in an overall beautiful rejuvenation and enhanced aesthetic in the lower face.”
