Accademia to host Antony Whitaker business course
Dublin training school Accademia is hosting a new course to help salon owners understand the numbers when it comes to your business.
With the aim of helping to increase your revenue and run a profitable hair or beauty salon, the Grow Money course is led by award-winning hairdresser, educator and industry expert Antony Whitaker and takes place on Tuesday 25th April.
Antony has 40 years' experience of our industry, having worked in various roles across the world including as Creative Director at Vidal Sassoon and launching his own salon group. He has written numerous books and appeared on educational stages and Podcasts as a business coach.
The course has been designed to teach business owners the systems, processes and culture needed to be a financial success, covering increasing profitability, fundamentals of finance, innovation and growth. Delegates will learn about basic reports that businesses need to keep track of finances (the balance sheet, the cash flow statement and the profit and loss statement), managing employee costs, working out your pricing for profit, and setting up and using a cashflow budget.
The course takes place at Accademia, Old Kilmainham Rd, Dublin 8. Places are limited and can be booked online.
